Hello! exactly how are you doing? It’s day 8 of stack on the Miles – what are you doing today to run/walk/move? This weekend I took a long walk with a good friend to get coffee. That’s my workout of option on rest days from running.
Taking a walk with a good friend is my preferred thing to do to catch up. I feel like it’s simple to talk as well as the conversation flows. plus it gets me moving. The dilemma is that I want to do active things while hanging out, however I don’t want to look like I’m in high institution fitness center class in uncomfortable clothes.

Do I gown for a workout – if it’s not a ‘real’ workout?
Do I gown casual? denim will type of be uncomfortable to walk in, plus they don’t go with running shoes.
I want a comfortable as well as adorable attire for things like this. I opted for a simple ensemble from Danskin Now. I’m working with the business trying their gear that’s “Fit for Everything”.

This weekend I was sporting the Danskin now baseball tee as well as capris. I like that the line is super inexpensive as well as a mix of running, workout gear as well as laid-back outfits. I have tanks, sports bras, tees, hoodies, shorts, capris as well as pants from Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Estados Unidos the line – it hits all the bases.
We walked with a park to Bagels as well as Brew, a regional location with tons of bagel options. unfortunately the ‘brew’ is brewed coffee – not beer for anyone who drinks with their breakfast.
But they have something much better than beer – UNICORN BAGELS.
Yes, they have unicorn bagels. I’m guessing they are unicorn food, which means unicorns are real. It’s science.
I asked about them, however they are just ordinary bagels with food coloring. So even though they look magical, I didn’t get one.
I opted for a French toast bagel. That is where it’s at!
But when I lastly get a pet unicorn I’m definitely going back to get some!
It was a nice morning of walking as well as carbs. This is perfection for a Sunday morning
Vegas didn’t come for coffee as well as bagels. however I made it as much as him later by bugging him a lot. I believe he likes it. He repays me by getting fur around everything.
