You can provide one more runner ONE tip. What is it?
Well… it kinda depends upon what their goal is…
For a new runner I’d state go slow. Slower than that.
For somebody who wishes to run a half marathon or marathon… If I can do it – YOU can do it.
What do you do when you feel like quitting? have a mantra? Trick? Other??
Cry. Cuss. Not necessarily in that order. Then, tell myself to show the hell up as well as push.
What’s your trick to staying motivated?
I like running. There’s no trick to that. I believe you should discover something YOU like as well as do that. Then, you may have to push yourself in a long training run if you have a goal however if it’s just for health and wellness or physical fitness you’ll look ahead to it.
